What is the cost of the program?
$70
How long do the live group sessions go for?
2 hours with a 10 minute break in the middle
What day and time are the live group sessions?
Mondays.
The time would have been confirmed by your facilitator and in your acceptance letter.
How many people will be in the group?
Anywhere between 4-8 people
What happens if I miss a live group session?
You can catch up by accessing the session summary, which will be available on the corresponding week’s page on the website.
You will also be able to access any handouts or practice materials used in the session, which will be uploaded to the Resources tab.
If you have any questions or would like clarification, you’re welcome to raise these with the facilitator during the check-in at the start of the next live group session.
How long will I have access to the website for after the program ends?
All group members will have access to the SOOTHE Group website and all it's resources for approximately three months post-program.
